Sec. 67. A person may not produce, handle, transport, store, display, or distribute pesticide products in a manner as to endanger: (1) humans; (2) the environment; (3) food; (4) feed; or (5) any other products that may be: (A) transported; (B) stored; (C) displayed; or (D) distributed; with pesticide products.
