Sec. 77. A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally: (1) violates this chapter; or (2) impedes or prevents the state chemist or the state chemist's authorized agent in performance of the state chemist's duty in connection with this chapter; commits a Class C misdemeanor, except as provided in section 78 of this chapter.
