Sec. 15. As used in this chapter, "insect" means any small invertebrate animal: (1) generally having the body more or less obviously segmented; (2) for the most part belonging to the class Insecta; and (3) comprising: (A) six (6) legged usually winged forms, including beetles, bugs, bees, flies; or (B) other allied classes of arthropods whose members are wingless and usually have more than six (6) legs, including spiders, mites, ticks, centipedes, and wood lice.
