Sec. 39.6. The board shall establish a working group to review civil penalties. Before December 1, 2020, the working group shall make recommendations concerning civil penalties to the: (1) board; and (2) general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. As added by P.L.91-2020, SEC.19.
