Late fees

Sec. 60. A person who: (1) is required to pay a fee under this chapter to the state chemist; and (2) does not pay the fee before the date the fee is due; shall pay a penalty fee to the state chemist equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the required fee when the person pays the required fee.
