Sec. 27. (a) The owner or operator of a disposal plant in a state other than Indiana may apply to the state veterinarian for a collection service license as required by section 26 of this chapter. (b) The collection service license application must include the following: (1) The name of the applicant. (2) The location of any proposed substation in Indiana to be used as a concentration site for the temporary deposit or storage of rendering materials pending final delivery to a disposal plant. (3) The location of the applicant's disposal plant outside Indiana. (4) The number and kind of vehicles that will be operated in Indiana. (5) Other essential information required by rules adopted by the board. (6) The license fee required under this chapter.
