Exemption; special permit

Sec. 3. The board may do the following: (1) Exempt from this chapter a farmer that moves feeder pigs into Indiana for the farmer's feeding program. (2) Require a farmer described in subdivision (1) to obtain a special permit from the board for each shipment of feeder pigs moved into Indiana.
