Duty to comply during litigation

Sec. 6. Pending: (1) a proceeding to suspend or revoke a license issued under this article; or (2) an appeal from a decision to suspend or revoke a license issued under this article; each person affected by the proceeding or appeal shall continue to comply with this article.
