Sec. 97. (a) "Sale", "sell", or "selling" means sale, lease, donation, trade, barter, or exchange in any manner. (b) The term includes the following: (1) Manufacture, processing, transporting, handling, packing, canning, bottling, or any other productions, preparation, or putting up.
