Testing; contract between county and board

Sec. 2. (a) After a county council makes an appropriation under section 1 of this chapter, the commissioners of the county shall enter into a contract with the board concerning the testing in the county required under section 1 of this chapter and the expenses paid by the county. (b) The board shall prescribe a standard contract for all counties concerning expenditures for incidental items and the employment of veterinary inspectors.
