Testing program appropriation

Sec. 6. If: (1) a county council appropriates money for a testing program; and (2) the testing program begins in the year of the appropriation; the county council shall annually appropriate money to continue the program until the incidence of brucellosis in cattle has been reduced in accordance with rules and federal regulations.
