Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "producer-cooperative" includes: (1) corporations or associations organized under IC 15-12-1; or (2) similar corporations or associations organized under agricultural cooperative marketing acts of states adjoining Indiana and admitted to do business in Indiana.
