"Live birth or birth"

Sec. 205. "Live birth" or "birth", for purposes of IC 16-37, means the birth of a child who shows evidence of life after the child is entirely outside of the mother. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-15-2(2).] As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.1.
