Sec. 277. (a) "Person in charge of interment", for purposes of IC 16-21-11, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-21-11-3. (b) "Person in charge of interment", for purposes of IC 16-37-1 and IC 16-37-3, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-37-3-2.
