Sec. 69.2. "Consumer product", for purposes of IC 16-41-39.4, means an item or a component of an item that is produced or distributed for: (1) sale to a consumer for use; or (2) the personal use, consumption, or enjoyment of a consumer. As added by P.L.102-2008, SEC.3.
