Sec. 7.3. (a) "Advanced practice registered nurse last in attendance" means the individual who pronounced the time of death for a deceased individual. (b) For purposes of IC 16-37-3, the term includes an individual who holds a license under IC 25-23 and is practicing as an advanced practice registered nurse and meets the definition of IC 25-23-1-1(b).
