Applicability

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following: (1) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 that is established and operated under IC 16-22-2, IC 16-22-8, or IC 16-23. (2) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 that is not: (A) a unit of state or local government; or (B) owned or operated by a unit of state or local government. (3) A health system.
