License and permit fee collections; deposits; expense payments

Sec. 3. (a) All license and permit fees collected by the state department under this title shall be deposited monthly with the treasurer of state and become a part of the state general fund, unless stated otherwise. (b) All expenses of the enforcement of this title shall be paid out of any appropriate appropriation, unless stated otherwise.
