With the approval of the budget director and upon the recommendation of the budget committee, each county that has incurred costs for an individual with a communicable disease under: (1) IC 16-41-1; (2) IC 16-41-2; (3) IC 16-41-3; (4) IC 16-41-5; (5) IC 16-41-6; (6) IC 16-41-7; (7) IC 16-41-8; (8) IC 16-41-9; or (9) IC 16-41-13; is entitled to a pro rata share of the money remaining at the end of the state fiscal year in the fund established under this chapter.
