Sec. 17. The county or city may lease land and buildings from the authority for the city hospital. A lease on the buildings may not be entered into for more than forty (40) years but the lease may be renewed for a like or lesser time. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-20.5-10.]
