Restrictions of established plan of visitation

Sec. 7. A facility may restrict an established plan of visitation by an essential family caregiver for any of the following: (1) The essential family caregiver's violation of the rules set forth in the individualized plan established under section 6 of this chapter. (2) The essential family caregiver's positive screening test for a length of time, as established by federal or state guidelines. As added by P.L.142-2021, SEC.5.
