Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "comprehensive care bed" means a bed in a comprehensive care health facility that: (1) is licensed or is to be licensed under IC 16-28-2; or (2) functions as a bed licensed under IC 16-28-2. (b) The term does not include comprehensive care beds in a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2. As added by P.L.202-2018, SEC.8.
