Publication of bylaws; financial records

Sec. 6. (a) The commission shall publish the commission's bylaws and file a copy thereof, and a copy of any amendment thereto, with the appropriate agency or officer in each of the member states, if any. (b) The commission shall maintain the commission's financial records in accordance with the bylaws. As added by P.L.3-2020, SEC.1.
