Gifts, legacies, devises, and conveyances

Sec. 22. The superintendent may, subject to IC 4-24-3-2, receive for the use of the home: (1) gifts; (2) legacies; (3) devises; and (4) conveyances of real and personal property; that are made, given, or granted to or for the home or in the name of the home.
