Eligibility for participation

Sec. 3. To be eligible for participation in the pilot program, a woman must: (1) either: (A) be a pregnant woman; or (B) be a woman with a newborn child; and (2) seek assistance for recovery from an opioid addiction. As added by P.L.174-2017, SEC.1.
