Use or publication of obtained information; restrictions

Sec. 4. A hospital medical staff committee shall use or publish information the committee obtains from records or other information submitted to the committee concerning the care or treatment of a patient only as follows: (1) To evaluate matters of medical care, therapy, and treatment.
