Sec. 4. Subject to available funds, the state department shall use money in the fund to test the water supply of an individual property owner of an eligible township, until the allocated funds are depleted. The water testing is not subject to the fee described in IC 16-41-24-10. As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.150.
