Sec. 31. A food establishment may sell or serve poultry products produced by an establishment operating under a limited permit issued under IC 15-17-5-11(f) only if the poultry products are produced and labeled in accordance with the requirements of IC 15-17-5-11(f). As added by P.L.80-2016, SEC.4.
