Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "person" means an individual, employer, employer association, nonprofit organization, for-profit organization, unit (as defined in IC 36-1-2-23), school corporation, charter school, accredited nonpublic school, research institution, health insurance plan, health insurance ministry, or any combination of these.
