Proposal for grant or contract; requirements

Sec. 4. (a) A person seeking a grant or contract under this chapter must submit a proposal to a local health department in the manner prescribed by the local health department. (b) A proposal for a contract or grant under this chapter must include proposed measurable and specific improvement in Indiana in one (1) or more core public health services. (c) A local health department shall consider working collaboratively with another local health department in awarding a contract or grant under this chapter. As added by P.L.164-2023, SEC.51.
