A child fatality committee is established in each county and consists of the following members: (1) The prosecuting attorney of the county or a representative of the prosecuting attorney. (2) The county coroner or a deputy coroner of the county representing the county coroner. (3) A representative from: (A) a county health department established under IC 16-20-2; (B) a health and hospital corporation established under IC 16-22-8; or (C) a multiple county health department established under IC 16-20-3; that is located in or serves the county.
