Open meetings; executive session

Sec. 9. (a) Except as provided under subsection (b), a local fetal-infant mortality review team meeting is open to the public. (b) A local fetal-infant mortality review team meeting that involves confidential records or identifying information concerning a fetal death or an infant death that is confidential under state or federal law must be held as a executive session.
