Sec. 1. The following constitute disorderly behavior and may be punished by the house or senate as provided in Article 4, Section 14 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana: (1) Knowing or intentional failure to file a required statement by the deadline prescribed in IC 2-2.2-2. (2) Knowing or intentional filing a false statement prescribed by IC 2-2.2-2. (3) Knowing or intentional violation of section 2, 3, or 4 of this chapter. As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.2.
