Video or audio coverage of legislative sessions and activities

Sec. 12.1. The legislative council may contract with the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1 or another public or private person to provide video or audio coverage, or both, over the Internet or another broadcast medium of any of the following: (1) Sessions of the general assembly.
