Sec. 0.3. As used in this chapter, "electronic format" means a format created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities. As added by P.L.72-2018, SEC.3.
