Sec. 3. (a) Each member of the commission serves for a term of four (4) years, beginning January 1. (b) Members of the commission may be reappointed to successive terms. (c) The appropriate appointing authority shall fill a vacancy on the commission for the duration of the unexpired term. As added by P.L.3-1992, SEC.6.
