Sec. 4. (a) Each state educational institution shall annually file a report of all reportable expenditures. (b) A report required by this chapter must: (1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30 of each year; and (2) cover the period from November 1 of the previous year through October 31 of the year in which the report is filed. (c) The first report required by this chapter must: (1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30, 2015; and (2) cover the period from November 1, 2014, through October 31, 2015.
