Requirements

Sec. 4. If the department: (1) does not receive a satisfactory response to a request for proposals under section 2(a)(1) of this chapter; and (2) is unable to enter into a memorandum of understanding under section 2(a)(2) of this chapter; the department is not required to contract with a company or enter into a memorandum of understanding as provided under section 2 of this chapter.
