Sec. 7. The department: (1) may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter; and (2) shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 regarding the following: (A) Distribution of award amounts under this chapter. (B) Prioritizing grants for the purposes described in section 4(1) and 4(2) of this chapter. As added by P.L.250-2023, SEC.10.
