Terms of members

Sec. 4. (a) This section applies only to a board member serving under section 2(a)(1) of this chapter. (b) The term of a board member is four (4) years. (c) The term of a member begins upon appointment by the governor. (d) A member may serve after the member's term expires until the term of the member's successor begins.
