Chair of board

Sec. 6. (a) At the board's last meeting before July 1 of each year, the board shall elect one (1) member to be chair of the board. (b) The member elected chair of the board serves as chair beginning July 1 after elected by the board. (c) The board may reelect a member as chair of the board. (d) The board shall annually elect one (1) of its members to serve as the secretary for the board.
