Sec. 2.3. "Adult high school" refers to a charter school that has a majority of students enrolled with the school that: (1) belong to a graduation cohort that has already graduated; or (2) are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age; at the time the student was first enrolled at the school. IC 20-24-1-2.5 "Authorizer" Sec. 2.5. "Authorizer" means, for a charter school, one (1) of the following: (1) Subject to IC 20-24-2.2-1.2, a governing body. (2) A state educational institution that offers a four (4) year baccalaureate degree. (3) The executive (as defined in IC 36-1-2-5) of a consolidated city. (4) The charter board.
