Ind. Code § 20-24.5-4-5

Sec. 5. A student who applies for admission to the school for the arts must: (1) be eligible to attend a public school in Indiana; (2) demonstrate exceptional ability; (3) demonstrate a commitment to scholarship; and (4) demonstrate a commitment to the arts.
