Sec. 10. (a) The following may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out this chapter: (1) The department. (2) The state board. (3) The attorney general. (b) A finding by the attorney general of a violation of this chapter (as effective before July 1, 2023) shall have the effect of a final order of the state board under this chapter (as effective after June 30, 2023). (c) A finding by the attorney general under this chapter (as effective before July 1, 2023) does not determine whether there is a violation of this chapter (as effective after June 30, 2023).
