Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, "certificated employee" includes the following: (1) A certificated employee (as defined in IC 20-29-2-4). (2) For purposes of annual performance evaluations conducted for a school year beginning after June 30, 2014, a teacher (as defined in IC 20-18-2-22), regardless of whether the individual is a certificated employee (as defined in IC 20-29-2-4).
