Conduct of evaluations

Sec. 5. (a) The superintendent or equivalent authority, for a school corporation that does not have a superintendent, may provide for evaluations to be conducted by an external provider. (b) An individual may evaluate a certificated employee only if the individual has received training and support in evaluation skills. As added by P.L.90-2011, SEC.39.
