Contract forms; applicable teachers

Sec. 4. (a) This section does not apply to: (1) a teacher employed as a substitute teacher; or (2) an individual who holds an adjunct teacher permit issued by the governing body of a school corporation or the equivalent authority for a charter school or nonpublic school under IC 20-28-5-27. (b) A teacher employed in a public school must be employed on a uniform teacher's contract or a supplemental service teacher's contract.
