Regular teacher's contract

Sec. 5. The regular teacher's contract must be used statewide without amendment and must contain, in addition to the items in section 2(a)(3) of this chapter: (1) the manner of salary payment; and (2) any provisions relating to the government of the school that the secretary of education includes.
