Qualifications

Sec. 6. Members may not: (1) hold another public office; (2) be an officer or employee of a school employer; (3) be an officer or employee of a school employee organization or any affiliate of an organization; or (4) represent a: (A) school employer; or (B) school employee organization, or an organization's affiliates.
