Sec. 10. (a) The governing body shall provide in each public school for the illustrative teaching of: (1) the spread of disease by: (A) rats; (B) flies; and (C) mosquitoes; and the effects of disease; and (2) disease prevention by proper food selection and consumption. (b) A school official who fails to comply with this section commits a Class C infraction.
